
NC State Set to Visit Rival UNC for Nationally-Televised Game

Wolfpack and Tar Heels will kick off at 7 p.m. on ACC Network

RALEIGH – NC State men's soccer (5-3-1, 0-2-1 ACC) will make the short trip to Chapel Hill to visit local rival North Carolina (5-3-1, 1-2-0 ACC) for a nationally-televised Sunday night showdown. The game is scheduled to kick off at 7 p.m. from Dorrance Field and will be broadcast live on the ACC Network with Dalen Cuff and Michael Lahoud on the call.
A WIN SUNDAY WOULD
• Be the 537th win in program history (536-466-103)
• Be the 198th win in head coach George Kiefer's career (197-117-66)
• Be Kiefer's 36th victory at NC State (35-31-15)

SERIES HISTORY (NC State trails 22-53-13)
• Sunday marks the 89th overall meeting between NC State and North Carolina. The squads also met twice during the 1949 campaign before the Wolfpack was a varsity team.
