GREENVILLE, N.C. - NC State's cross country programs wrapped up their regular season on Saturday with competition at the ECU Pirate Invitational.
WOMEN'S 6K RECAP
Two Wolfpack runners suited up for NC State in the women's 6K, taking the top-two spots. Nevada Mareno made her season debut, taking the individual title with a time of 20:23.03. She was followed by Anna Vess, who clocked a 21:17.16 for second place.
Multiple members of the NC State team competed unattached. Brooke Rauber posted a time of 21:17.98 to finish third while Claire Walters placed fourth (21:35.62). Sierra Collins recorded a top-10 finish as well, posting a 22:23.83 for 10th place.
MEN'S 8K RECAP
Two members of the Wolfpack men's squad competed unattached at the meet, taking first and second. Miles Ally took home the individual title with a 24:46.92, and Zach Hughes claimed second place with his time of 24:53.47.

NC State makes the trip to South Bend, Ind., for the ACC Championships Friday, Oct. 29.
