Pack Returns Home Tuesday Night for Non-Conference Date with High Point

RALEIGH – After playing three road matches in a row to start the final month of the regular season, the NC State men's soccer team (5-4-2) returns to Raleigh on Tuesday night to host High Point (4-4-2). Kickoff is set for 7 p.m. from Dail Soccer Stadium, and the match will be broadcast live on ACCNX.
FREE ADMISSION
Beginning in 2021, NC State men's soccer games are free of charge. Gates will open one hour prior to the start of the match. As NC State works toward a more normal on-campus experience, NC State Athletics will continue abiding by the current policies for campus as outlined in the University Community Standards.
A WIN TUESDAY WOULD
• Be the 537th win in program history (536-467-104)
• Be the 198th win in head coach George Kiefer's career (197-118-67)
• Be Kiefer's 36th victory at NC State (35-32-16)
• Be NC State's third non-conference victory in a row
SERIES HISTORY (NC State leads 10-4-1)
• Tuesday marks the 16th overall meeting between NC State and High Point. It will be their first matchup against one another in the George Kiefer era.
• The match will be the Pack's eighth-straight home game against High Point. In total, NC State is 8-3-1 against High Point when playing on its home field.
• The Wolfpack and the Panthers last met on Oct. 11, 2016. NC State dropped an overtime decision with the Panthers scoring in the 95th minute to secure the 4-3 OT victory.
• Three matchups in a row between the teams have been decided by one goal.
LAST TIME OUT
• NC State battled through 110 minutes of scoreless action at Syracuse on Friday night to round out a three-game road streak and pick up another point in ACC play.
• The Wolfpack showed tremendous resiliency, playing with just 10 men for the final 34 minutes of the outing after drawing a red card with 14 minutes left in regulation.
• Goalkeeper Leon Krapf made five saves in the match.
• The outing was the second overtime draw for the Pack this season, as it also earned a 1-1 decision against Wake Forest two weeks ago.

• The Pack's 138 shot attempts have been distributed among 16 different players, led by 24 strikes from Henrique Santos.
• Ten different players have found the back of the net in 2021, with Luke Hille's four goals pacing the team.

• NC State has held three of its opponents scoreless this season and held another four to just a single score.
