Track & Field Announces 2020-2021 Schedule

RALEIGH - The NC State track and field program has released its 2020-2021 indoor and outdoor competition schedule, as announced by head coaches Rollie Geiger and Laurie Henes on Monday. The track and field schedule is subject to change.

INDOOR SCHEDULE:
The Wolfpack is set to begin competition Saturday, Jan. 16 in Columbia, S.C., at the Gamecock Opener. The following weekend the team travels to Blacksburg, Va., for the Hokie Invitational before wrapping up January action in Clemson, S.C., for the Bob Pollock Meet Jan. 29-30.
February competition is slated to start in Winston-Salem, N.C., at the Camel City Invitational (Feb. 5-6). Action continues for the Wolfpack Feb. 12-13 as it competes at the Tiger Paw Invitational in Clemson, S.C., while also seeing action at the Champion College Invite in Winston-Salem, N.C., Feb. 13.Â
The squad competes at a pair of meets the weekend of Feb. 19-20 as it participates at the JDL DMR Invitational (Winston-Salem, N.C.) and VT Challenger (Blacksburg, Va.).Â
The ACC Indoor Championships will take place Feb. 25-27 in Clemson, S.C., and NCAA Championships will occur a few weeks later in Fayetteville, Ark., March 12-13.
OUTDOOR SCHEDULE:
NC State is slated to host Raleigh Relays March 25-27 to kick off its outdoor season. The meet is the only home competition for the Wolfpack in the 2020-2021 season.
The Wolfpack makes a trip to Charlottesville, Va., for its first meet of April (April 2-3) before making the short trip to Durham, N.C., for the Duke Invite April 9-10. Action continues April 16-17 at the UVA Challenge, followed by a trip to Philadelphia, Pa., April 22-24 for the Penn Relays.Â
April 30-May 1 will see the squad in Charlottesville, Va., at the UVA Grand Prix before competing at the Duke Twilight May 2, NC State's last regular-season competition.
The postseason begins May 13-15 at the ACC Outdoor Championships. NCAA Regionals will take place May 27-29 in Jacksonville, Fla., and the NCAA Championships are set to be in Eugene, Ore. June 9-12.Â
