Cobb Earns ACC Women's Field Performer of the Week Honors

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Michelle Cobb has been named the ACC Women's Field Performer of the week after an impressive showing at the Hokie Invitational, as announced by the league office Wednesday. The junior recorded a 43'5.75" (13.25m) mark to take first-place honors in triple jump on Friday.
Her jump ranks sixth nationally this season and first in the ACC. Cobb's performance marked the second consecutive weekend she won the triple jump while setting a new personal best.
