#13 Rifle Dominates #17 UT Martin

MURRAY, KY. – The 13th-ranked NC State rifle team put up a solid showing to outscore No. 17 UT Martin, 4650-4389, Sunday on Murray State's campus. It was the second-straight 4650+ score for the Wolfpack, after posting its third-highest score of the season, 4655, yesterday against Ole Miss.
Emily Fisher recorded an aggregate score of 1174 for the second-consecutive day, one point off her personal best. Fisher dominated the competition with a first-place finish in smallbore, air rifle and aggregate.
NC State will have its final chance to improve its NCAA Championship qualifying score next weekend when it hosts #8 Nebraska in Reynolds Coliseum on Feb. 2. The teams two seniors, Zach Eisenberg and Claire Zanti, will also be recognized.
The NCAA qualifying score is made up of two parts with 50% coming from an average of your top three scores in different locations. The remaining 50% is the team's aggregate score from an NCAA Qualifier on Feb. 22.

- Aliya Butt came in second behind Fisher with a 588 and a 100 on the final series
