NC State Volleyball Turns in Solid Spring Academic Semester

RALEIGH, N.C. – Eleven NC State volleyball women were honored as scholar-athletes, and seven student-athletes were named to the Dean's List as the Wolfpack completed another stellar semester in the classroom.
The Wolfpack posted a 3.258 team grade point average (GPA) during Spring 2019.
Pam Chukwujekwu, Kaylee Frazier, Nailah Gordon, Grace Irvin, Jessica Kemp, Jade Parchment and Lauryn Terry were all recognized as Dean's List honorees for the 2019 spring semester after posting GPAs higher than 3.5.
The semester's average puts NC State volleyball's cumulative team GPA at 3.283 at the conclusion of the 2018-19 academic year.
NC State ended 2018 competition with a 15-13 overall record and a 9-9 mark in ACC play. The Wolfpack finished the year strong by winning five of its six matches during the month of November. Three members of the Pack earned All-ACC honors at the conclusion of the season as Melissa Evans, Kylie Pickrell and Teni Sopitan received the nod.
The Pack will spend the next few months preparing for the 2019 season, with the full competition schedule to be released at a later date.
