- Attended Southlake Carroll High School and competed for the Texas Advantage Volleyball Club
- Two-time GJVA All-American, collecting the award in 2016 and 2015
- Named the district blocker of the year as a senior
- Tabbed the 2015 district newcomer of the year
- Graduated with honors and was an academic all-state selection
- Her father, Darrien, played football at Stanford before playing 10 seasons in the NFL
