2019 Gymnastics Team Hosts Banquet

RALEIGH – The 2019 NC State gymnastics team hosted its banquet Sunday evening to celebrate its successful season.
The team gathered to honor the accomplishments achieved throughout the course of the season, including its first back-to-back trip to a NCAA Regional since 2014 and 2015.

Team Season Highlights
- The Pack posted its highest score of the season (196.400) against Pittsburgh inside Valvano Arena at Reynolds Coliseum, which stands as a top-20 mark in program history.
- The squad had 10 gymnasts earn 20 All-EAGL accolades this season. The 20 honors are the most for an EAGL team this season and the most for the program since 2008.
- Placing third at the EAGL Championship, the Pack's performance was its third consecutive top-three finish at the conference championship.
- Advancing to the second round after defeating conference foe New Hampshire at the 2019 NCAA Athens Regional, the team recorded a 195.400, which registers as a top-five score for the team this season and ties for its second-best score on the road.
