NC State once again put together a solid doubles outing as it picked up wins the Cardinals on two courts to claim the opening point.
Ivan Saveljic and Igor Saveljic served out their match on court three to complete the 6-3 win over Louisville's Federico Gomez and Clement Filho.

Georgiy Malyshev and Tadas Babelis added a 6-4 win over George Hedley and Alex Wesbrooks to secure the doubles point for the Pack.

The Pack took early control in singles action as it picked up first sets on five of six courts on the way to cruising to the team win.
Babelis defeated Sergio Hernandez 6-2, 6-1 to add to the Pack's tally, and Malyshev put the Pack a match away from the clinch with a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Wesbrooks. The match marked the 50th singles win of Malyshev's career.

Louisville got on the board with a win on court four, but Galarneau quickly followed with a straight-sets victory to clinch. The Wolfpack junior broke Christopher Morin-Kougoucheff's serve to close out the 6-3, 6-4 and pick up the 50th singles victory of his NC State career.
