Pack Posts Season-Bests on All Events, three scores of 9.900
RALEIGH – The #28 NC State gymnastics team made a statement in its return home on Saturday, posting its best score of the season in a 196.400-194.825 victory over #36 Pittsburgh. The Pack's performance earned a season-best in all four events. Individually, NC State achieved four career-best scores and 11 season-best scores while moving to 6-2 overall and 3-0 in conference competition.
Two NC State gymnasts achieved scores of 9.9: Drew Grantham (vault and floor) and Lauren Kent (bars).
Caitlyn Fillard took home the all-around title with a season-best 39.200.

The Pack posted its highest score of the season on vault, led by Drew Grantham's 9.900, tying her career-best. Alexa Phillips also had her best performance of the season, posting a 9.850, followed by Paris Phillips with a 9.800.
Bars (49.150)
Lauren Kent joined the 9.9 club on Saturday with her 9.900 performance on bars to lead the Pack. Maggie Tamburro and Caitlyn Fillard steadied the Pack with scores of 9.825, while Meredith Robinson and Grantham rounded out the team's 49.150 with scores of 9.800. Grantham earned a new career-high on bars Saturday.
Beam (49.025)
Kasey Nelson's elegant, career-best beam performance led the Pack, earning a 9.850. Fillard followed closely behind with a season-high 9.825. Recording a 9.800, Alliah Harrison would find a place on the podium for the second time this season.
Floor (49.225)
With her second 9.900 performance of the day, Grantham achieved a 9.900 on floor. Alexa Phillips and Paris Phillips earned scores of 9.875. Fillard posted a 9.800 and Melissa Brooker posted a 9.775 to solidify the meet for the Pack. Brooker's 9.775 is her season-best on floor.
