NC State and Maryland to meet in 2019 B1G/ACC Challenge

RALEIGH – The unbeaten and 13th-ranked NC State women's basketball team (8-0) hosts ninth-ranked Maryland (7-1) on Thursday evening in the 2019 installment of the B1G/ACC Challenge. Tip-off between the Wolfpack and Terrapins is scheduled for 7 pm from Kay Yow Court inside Valvano Arena at Reynolds Coliseum with live national television coverage provided by ESPN. Radio broadcasters Patrick Kinas and Ashley Eli will have the call on WKNC 88.1 FM in Raleigh.Â

Thursday's contest marks the opening of a three-game home stand that also features visits from Elon (Dec. 15) and Chattanooga (Dec. 19) before the team takes a break for the Christmas holiday.

games against Hawaii and North Texas and grabbed a career-high 19 rebounds in the final game of the tournament.
