Nine in Action for @PackWrestle at U23 Trials

RALEIGH, N.C. – Seven current members and two recent graduates of the NC State Wrestling team will be in action this weekend in Akron, Ohio, at the men's freestyle U23 World Team Trials. This weekend's event will be held June 2-3 and will be live streamed on Flowrestling.org.

The finals will a best-of-three series with the winner earning a bid to represent the U.S. for the U23 World Championships, Nov. 12-18 in Bucharest, Romania.

Eligible for U23 World Team Trials are athletes born between 1995-1999 or 2000 with a medical certificate. This is an 18-23-year-old age group.

Current members of the Pack in action this weekend:
• 57 kg – Tommy Cox
• 61 kg – Sean Fausz
• 61 kg – Tariq Wilson
• 65 kg – Will Clark
• 65 kg – Jamel Morris
• 70 kg – Hayden Hidlay
• 97 kg – Malik McDonald

• 65 kg – Kevin Jack
• 92 kg – Michael Macchiavello
