RALEIGH – In a match highlighted by freshman Taylor Bridges earning a gutsy win over a ranked opponent in a third-set tiebreak, the #42 NC State women's tennis team fell to #6 Georgia Tech 6-1 Sunday at the J.W. Isenhour Tennis Center.
The win moves NC State to 9-10 (2-4 ACC) and Georgia Tech to 13-3 (5-1 ACC).

The Yellow Jackets took the doubles point as Victoria Flores and Ida Jarlskog defeated Adriana Reami and Amanda Rebol 6-4 at the No. 2 position while at No. 3 Nami Otsuka and Johnnise Renaud defeated Tayla Stenta and Taylor Bridges 6-2.
Singles
Taylor Bridges picked up an impressive win at the No. 4 position as she outlasted #115 Ida Jarlskog 6-2, 2-6, 1-0 (11-9)
