#10 Wolfpack Visits Chattanooga Friday Evening

RALEIGH – Currently off to the second best start to a season in the history of the program, the 10th-ranked NC State women's basketball team (11-0) visits Chattanooga Friday evening for the final non-conference road game of the regular season. Tip-off from McKenzie Arena is scheduled for 7 pm (ET) on Dec. 21 with live video coverage provided by ESPN+.

HOMECOMING FOR COACH MOORE
Friday's game marks a return to Chattanooga for NC State head coach Wes Moore. He was the head coach of the Mocs for 15 seasons from 1998 to 2013. During Moore's time with the Mocs, the team posted a 358-113 record and made 13 postseason appearances (nine NCAA Tournaments). Moore also won six conference Coach of the Year awards during this time.

Despite taking 4.0 fewer shots than its opponents per game (60.1 vs. 64.1), the Wolfpack is making 6.9 more per contest (28.2 to 21.3).

SECOND LONGEST STREAK IN THE NATION
Aislinn Konig has hit at least one three-pointer in 44 consecutive games dating back to Nov. 15, 2017. She hit 91 last season, setting a new program single-season record. The previous mark of 90 was held by Jennifer Howard since the 1995-96 season.

Konig's streak of 44 consecutive games with a three-pointer is behind only Presley Hudson of Central Michigan (48).
