RALEIGH, NC – The NC State men's golf team has signed Carter Graf to a national letter of intent, head coach Press McPhaul announced on Friday.
Carter is a strong player fundamentally and athletically," McPhaul said. "He has displayed a strong work ethic and a willingness to make sacrifices to develop as a player. With his quality fundamentals and strong work ethic, he is a guy that will absolutely develop into a real difference maker for us at NC State."
Graf is one of top ranked amateur players in Canada. The native of Sylvan Lake in Alberta, Canada is currently ranked ninth on the The Future Links National Junior Orders of Merit list in Canada. The rankings are used to identify and give recognition to top-performing junior (18 & under) male and female amateur golfers across Canada.
