Four to Compete at 2017 Riviera/ITA Women's All-American Championships

LOS ANGELES. - Â The 2017 Riviera/Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA)Â Women's All-American Championships commence on Saturday in Los Angeles, California, at the Riviera Tennis Club and four members of the NC State women's tennis team were selected to compete.

Sophomore Anna Rogers is competing in the qualifying singles draw, while also being selected to participate in the qualifying doubles draw with junior Claudia Wiktorin. The duo was ranked No. 26 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) preseason doubles poll.

Junior Bianca Moldovan and sophomore Adriana Reami will be joining Rogers in the pre-qualifying singles draw, while the duo also earned selection to pre-qualifying doubles.

Pre-qualifying occurs from Sept. 30 until Oct. 1; qualifying runs from Oct. 3 until Oct. 4, and the main draw commences on Oct. 5 and runs through Oct. 8.

At 9:00 a.m. Saturday morning, Moldovan and Reami begin play in pre-qualifying doubles against Mississippi State's Brain and Rentauli. They then move onto pre-qualifying singles with Moldovan taking on Jaeda Daniel of Auburn at 12:45 p.m., while Adriana Reami faces No. 8 Alannah Griffin, also of Auburn.
