RALEIGH – The NC State men's soccer team (3-3-1) returns to action at home on Tuesday evening when UNC Asheville comes to town. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m. from Dail Soccer Stadium with live coverage provided by ACC Network Extra.

TUESDAY PROMOTIONS
-Campus Rec/Club Sports Night: Top two teams with the most percentage of attendance at the match will receive a donation to their club to help with tournament registration fees and travel costs.
-NC State Club Volleyball recognition at halftime.
-NC State Ultimate Frisbee team will scrimmage at halftime.

LAST MATCH
NC State fell to visiting No. 4/6 Wake Forest Saturday evening, losing by a final score of 3-0.

The Wolfpack held a 3-2 advantage in shots as the teams went into halftime scoreless, but Wake Forest (8-1-1, 3-0-0 ACC) scored three goals in a span of eight minutes during the second half to take control of the match.

SCHEDULE UPDATE
On Sept. 25, NC State announced the addition of a home match to its regular-season schedule. The Wolfpack will host USC Upstate on Tuesday, Oct. 10 at Dail Soccer Stadium with kickoff set for 7 p.m.

STRONG DEBUT SEASON
Freshman goalkeeper Leon Krapf is in the midst of a strong debut season for the Wolfpack. The Gochsheim, Germany, native has played all 652 minutes this year and ranks tied for fifth in the ACC with two clean sheets. He has made 17 saves on the season and has posted a goals against average (GAA) of 1.66.

For his clean sheet against No. 3 Clemson and role in the ensuÂing win over Longwood, he was named ACC Defensive Player of the Week on Sept. 11.

SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS (1-7-0)
-Have not won away from home (0-5-0).
-Have scored five goals this season while allowing 19.
-Return eight starters from a 2016 team that went 6-13-0.
-Rank sixth nationally in fouls committed per match.
-Defense ranks 194th of 202 NCAA teams (2.28 goals allowed per match).
