Galarneau, Ogden Ranked In ITA Preseason Poll

RALEIGH - NC State's Alexis Galarneau and Michael Ogden have earned spots in the Oracle/ITA Division I Men's Collegiate Tennis Rankings, as announced Tuesday by the ITA.
Galarneau is ranked No. 43 in singles, a personal best for the sophomore. He is joined by Ogden on the doubles list, where the pair is ranked a career-high No. 14. They are accompanied by four other ACC teams ranked in the top 15.
The preseason rankings are the only set that will be released this fall, with the next rankings coming out in the first week of January of 2018. Click here for the complete list.
Galarneau and Ogden are both set to compete at the Atlantic Tire Championships at the Cary Tennis Park this week. The duo earned a wild card into the main draw of doubles play, and Galarneau also highlights singles action beginning Wednesday.
Additionally, fall play starts this weekend for the Wolfpack, with players in action at the Duke James Bonk Invite starting Friday.
