Fans to get first glimpse of 2017 squad

RALEIGH, N.C. - The NC State volleyball team will host its annual Red & White Intrasquad Scrimmage Saturday, Aug. 19 at 1 p.m., inside Reynolds Coliseum.

The scrimmage will give fans a preview of the 2017 squad, as the team will play four sets with players on each team varying by set.

Admission for the event is free with doors set to open for fans one hour prior to the match at noon.

NC State has a talented core of players headlining the 2017 squad, highlighted by Preseason All-ACC selections Bree Bailey and Julia Brown, who set the rally-scoring era program record for kills in a single season with 489 last year.

The Wolfpack kicks off its 2017 campaign against national powerhouse Kansas at home on Aug. 25. First serve is slated for 5:30 p.m. inside Reynolds Coliseum.

Tickets are ON SALE NOW, as single-game tickets are adults - $7, youth (17 and younger) - $5, and groups (15 or more) - $3. Children age two or younger will be admitted free.

Season tickets are also available for adults ($50), seniors/youth ($25) and are ON SALE NOW.
