Charleston, the reigning ACC Outdoor Track & Field MVP, is scheduled to run in the 4x100m semifinal Saturday at 9:30 a.m. EST. The rising sophomore from Charlotte, N.C. earned a spot on the United States' 4x100m relay team after recently claiming bronze medals in the 100m and 200m dashes at the USATF Junior Championships. If Team USA places inside the top-8 in the semifinal, Charleston will compete in the 4x100m final at approximately 2:45 p.m. EST.
Cunningham will be the No. 3 seed in the women's 200m dash prelims, set for a 10:05 a.m. EST start Saturday. The Charlotte native clocked an NC State program record time of 23.26 at USATF Juniors, earning a silver medal and clinching a spot on USA's Pan Am Junior squad.
