Simon Says
"I think the main thing is that this was just a very disappointing performance again on a few courts," said head coach Simon Earnshaw. "Until we can start to approximate a similar level of effort and performance in all seven points it's going to be very tricky for us to pull out four of four or four of five points. That's the nature of this league and where we have to do better as a team moving forward.
"Obviously there are technical things and a level of awareness or experience that needs to improve but really it's more about our attitude and identity as a program and us playing on our terms rather than those of our opposition. That last part we know we can play singles and especially doubles with any team in the nation, this is very evident. The question is can we be more consistent in knowing and believing that each and every day, plus understanding what that involves. We will get back to work and know that we are super close but it's going to take a huge team effort to get the results working in our favor."
