Wolfpack Set for Final Weekend of Regular Season

RALEIGH, N.C. – The NC State track and field team will conclude the regular indoor season this weekend at the VT Last Chance Meet Friday and Saturday and the UCS Invitational Sunday.
The meets marks the final chance for individuals to qualify for the ACC indoor Championships, which are slated to begin next week. It also marks one of the final chances to qualify for the NCAA Championships.

NC State's throwers and jumpers will head back to Rector Field House in Blacksburg, Va. for one last regular-season event. Joshua Davis, Lauren Evans and Sharmani Hall will compete in the weight throw on Friday.
The Pack's high jumpers, Christopher Garrick, Margaret Edwards and JaTory "JT" Reid will compete Saturday along with shot-putters, Evans and Alyssa Dunn.

For the first time this season, the Wolfpack will compete in the DMR. The meet has historically been a platform for NC State to post fast DMR times. Last season, the Pack set a school record in the men's event. Two years ago, the women set a school record, which eventually led to first-time All-American honors in the event.
In addition to the DMR teams, the Pack will line up in the 60m, 400m, mile and 3,000m. Ryen Frazier, Megan Moye and Erika Kemp will all run in the mile.
The meet will run Sunday from 12:05 p.m. to 5:35 p.m.
