ITA Qualifiers List
Â
RALEIGH, N.C. – Junior Claudia Wiktorin & sophomore Anna Rogers of the NC State women's tennis team more than lived up to their No. 26 Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) preseason ranking throughout fall tournament play and were rewarded with their inclusion at the ITA Fall National Championships in Indian Wells, California, from Nov. 2-5.
Â
"I couldn't have been happier for Anna & Claudia when I got the news that they received an at-large entry today to the ITA Fall National Championships," said head coach Simon Earnshaw. "As a rule, we don't take anything for granted and certainly rather than relying on luck, Anna & Claudia have gotten out there to earn this opportunity. It's been a great Fall for the both of them thus far and this will be the icing on the cake. As we continue to grow the program it's absolutely paramount for the girls to strive to represent NC State and themselves in this type of event."
Â
Fall Accolades
Wiktorin & Rogers have accumulated many impressive accolades throughout the fall thus far and defeated some of the top teams in the nation.
