Moore Places Third In 200 Back At U.S. Open

Moore posts second top-three finish of the week
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.-Â Rising junior Hannah Moore of the NC State swimming and diving team turned in another top-three performance at the 2016 United States Open on Wednesday, as she placed third in the 200m backstroke.
Held inside Minnesota's Jean K. Freeman Aquatic Center, Moore posted a time of 2:10.14, which stands as a personal best. On Tuesday she earned a runner-up finish in the 800m freestyle with a lifetime-best performance of 8:28.23.
She is slated to compete through Saturday in Minneapolis in the 400, individual medley and 200m IM, as prelims will begin at 10 a.m. ET and finals will commence at 6 p.m. ET.
