Benjamin Shipp Now Top Golfer in Class of 2016

RALEIGH – Following a seventh-place finish at the Sage Valley Junior Invitational (April 21-23), Benjamin Shipp of the most recent NC State men's golf signing class is now the No. 1 junior golfer in the entire class of 2016.

Through eight events this season, Shipp has recorded an overall Win-Loss-Tie record of 467-120-23. At 51-46-11 against competitors in the top 25, he is one of only two in the top 10 to have a winning record against such opposition.
