#PackPros Mid-Season Update

RALEIGH - As the NFL regular-season reaches its half-way point, we check in with our Pack Pros:
David Amerson had five solo tackles for the Oakland Raiders on Sunday in its game against the Denver Broncos. The Raiders topped the reigning Super Bowl Champions, 30-20. Amerson now has 42 combined tackles, two interceptions, 12 passes defended and one stuff. The Raiders currently stand with a 7-2 record and lead the AFC West.
Cornerback Juston Burris logged one tackle for the New York Jets against Miami on Sunday in a close game. The Jets held the lead with less than six minutes left in the game, but Miami's Kenyan Drake returned the kickoff for a 96-yard touchdown to end the game. The Dolphins claimed the win, 27-23. So far in his rookie season, Burris has 11 combined tackles and one pass defended. Currently ranked fourth in the AFC East, the Jets own a 3-6 record. Mario Williams played in his eighth game of the regular season against the Jets. To date, Williams has recorded 10 tackles, one sack, one pass defended and three stuffs. The Dolphins are 4-4 overall and second in the AFC East.

The Minnesota Viking's Audie Cole had one tackle during Sunday's overtime game against the Detroit Lions. The Lions tied the game with a field goal as the clock ran out to force the game into overtime, where the Vikings fell, 22-16. Cole now has four total tackles for the season. The Vikings lead the NFC North with a 5-3 record.
Mike Glennon found his first regular-season action since 2014 for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Thursday. Glennon completed an impressive 10 of 11 throws for 75 yards and one touchdown late in the fourth quarter after he took over for starting quarterback Jameis Winston after a knee injury. The Buccaneers sit at an overall 3-5 record and are 3rd in the NFC South.
Steven Hauschka recorded one field goal and four extra points for the Seattle Seahawks on Monday night. The Seahawks defeated the Buffalo Bills, 31-25. Hauschka has made 15 of 17 field goals and 15 of 17 extra points this season. After Week 9, Seattle has a 5-2-1 record and leads the NFC West.

Dontae Johnson logged his eighth game this season for the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday against the New Orleans Saints. The 49ers fell to the Saints, 23-41. Johnson has tallied five combined tackles and one pass defended this season. San Francisco currently sits at the bottom of the NFC West with a 1-7 record.

Indianapolis' T.Y. McGill suited up for his sixth game this season as the Colts took on the Green Bay Packers on Sunday. The Colts defeated the Packers 31-26. In his second season with the Colts, McGill has tallied two tackles, one sack, one forced fumble and one pass defended.

Philip Rivers completed 24 of 33 attempts for 275 yards and score two touchdowns en route to San Diego's win on Sunday against the Tennessee Titans. The Chargers topped the Titans 43-35, moving their overall record to 4-5 to put them at the bottom of the AFC West. The Chargers quarterback now has 2,560 total yards and 17 touchdowns this season.
Stephen Tulloch played his seventh game of the season during the Philadelphia Eagles' 23-28 loss to the New York Giants on Sunday. As of Week 9, Tulloch has tallied five tackles in his 11th NFL season. The Eagles 4-4 record places them at the bottom of the NFC East.

The Chicago Bears sat out Week 9 with a bye, and will prepare for next week's game versus Tampa Bay. Offensive lineman Ted Larsen has played all eight games so far this year, and found a starting position in Week 8's game against Minnesota. Teammate Willie Young has 20 combined tackles and six sacks so far this season, as well as two stuffs, one forced fumble and one pass defended. The Bears hold a 2-6 record and are currently fourth in the NFC North.

The New England Patriots' Joe Thuney also received a bye. The starting guard remains as the only Patriot with a perfect snap count after Week 8, and has only allowed one sack during an impressive first half of his rookie season. The 7-1 Patriots currently lead the AFC East.
