Four to Compete at Rebel Invitational

RALEIGH, N.C.- Four from the NC State women's tennis team are set to compete at the Rebel Invitational hosted by the University of Nevada, Las Vegas beginning Friday. Martina Frantova, Bianca Moldovan, Amanda Rebol and Anna Rogers will represent the program over the three-day event. Frantova and Rogers will compete together in doubles play while Moldovan and Rebol will make up the second Wolfpack duo.Â
Last Time Out:
The Wolfpack wrapped up the ITA Carolina Regional after No. 29 Frantova advanced into the semifinals in singles play and No. 24 Frantova and Tayla Stenta reached the semifinals in doubles competition.
The Competition:
The Wolfpack will face competitors from top national programs including Texas A&M, SMU, Purdue, Arizona and Colorado State. Frantova and Rogers will kick off competition against No. 29 Nicole Robinson and Andjela Djokovic of Purdue.Â
