James Leads All Rookies On Symetra Earnings List
Augusta James, who already owns one win on the Symetra Tour, nearly grabbed her second victory when she shot 12-under at the Fuccillo Kia Championship in Albany, N.Y. She finished one shot behind medalist Breanna Elliott.
James is now third on the Symetra Tour winnings list, and first among all rookies. James was a three-time All-ACC player at NC State.

Bettel Leads Pack Trio At Ladies Euro Am In Austria
Leonie Bettel, an incoming NC State freshman, shot 5-under to tie for 14th overall at the Ladies European Amateur Championship in Austria. Bettel carded a 66 in the third round. In addition to Bettel, incoming freshman India Clyburn (+1) tied for 38th in the 144-player event and senior Rachael Taylor (+4) was 51st.

Bae Earns Runner-up Finish At Judson
Sarah Bae, who played the last two collegiate seasons at High Point, is transferring to NC State. Bae, a native of Cary, finished second and shot 4-over at the Judson Collegiate in Georgia. She finished just one shot behind the tournament leader. Bae was the 2014 Big South Freshman of the Year while at HPU.
