Men’s Golf Releases 2015-16 Schedule

RALEIGH – Featuring two home tournaments and trips to Hawaii and Puerto Rico, the NC State men's golf team released its schedule for the 2015-16 season on Tuesday.
Following an improved 2014-15 season which saw the Pack qualify for the NCAA Regionals for the seventh time in eight years, NC State will officially begin its next campaign on Kiawah Island, S.C., on Sept. 11. The Pack will play two tournaments in September, two in October, and one in November during an exciting fall slate which concludes Nov. 6-8 at the Ka'anapali Classic on the Hawaiian island of Maui.

Sept. 11-12 … Invitational at Kiawah … Kiawah Island, S.C.
Sept. 25-27 … GOLFWEEK Invitational … Burlington, Iowa
Oct. 5-6 … Wolfpack Fall Intercollegiate … Raleigh, N.C.
Oct. 26-27 … Quail Valley Intercollegiate … Vero Beach, Fla.
Nov. 6-8 … Ka'anapali Classic … Maui, Hawaii
State's annual home tournaments at Lonnie Poole Golf Course will take place on Oct. 5-6 (Wolfpack Fall Intercollegiate) and April 16-17 (Wolfpack Spring Intercollegiate). The Wolfpack claimed first place in both tournaments last season by comfortable margins.
As has been Wolfpack tradition for the past five years, the spring season begins at the Puerto Rico Classic in late February. The Pack will remain regional for the remainder of the spring schedule, playing three tournaments in South Carolina, two in North Carolina, and one in Georgia.

April 16-17 … Wolfpack Spring Intercollegiate … Raleigh, N.C.
April 22-24 … ACC Championship … New London, N.C.
May 16-18 … NCAA Regional … TBD
May 27–June 1 … NCAA Championship … Eugene, Ore.
The 2016 ACC Championship will take place April 22-24 at Old North State Club in New London, N.C. Following this competition, NCAA Regional play will take place at six sites around the country from May 16-18 and the season will culminate with the NCAA Championships in Eugene, Ore., from May 27- June 1.
