NC State Men's Golf Earns NCAA Regional Bid

Following the conclusion of the NCAA Regionals, 30 teams (top five from each of the six sites) will advance to the 2015 NCAA Golf Championship (May 29 -- June 3) at the Concession Golf Club in Bradenton, Fla. The University of South Florida will serve as the tournament host.
Currently ranked 45th in the May 1 GolfStat relative rankings, the Wolfpack posted an impressive 90-55-3 competitive record throughout the 2014-15 season. NC State claimed two tournament titles throughout the year and finished within the top third of tournament fields on six occasions. Individually, junior David Cooke claimed two medalist honors and the squad combined for 17 individual top-20 results.

INDIANAPOLIS -- For the seventh time in the last eight seasons, the NC State men's golf team is heading to the NCAA Regionals. As announced on the Golf Channel's Morning Drive on Monday morning, the Wolfpack will be heading to the Course at Yale in New Haven, Conn., to compete in the NCAA Regionals from May 14-16.
