No. 34 Wolfpack Ready for ACC Road Matches

RALEIGH, N.C. -- The No. 34 NC State men's tennis team will travel to Clemson, S.C., and Atlanta for a pair of weekend matches. The Wolfpack will face No. 64 Clemson on Friday, and Georgia Tech on Saturday.
Friday's match is slated for an 11 a.m. start at the Hoke Sloan Tennis Center, while Saturday's match is scheduled for a 1 p.m. start at the Ken Byers Tennis Complex.
Scouting Clemson:
No. 64 Clemson enters the weekend with a 10-11 (1-6 ACC) record. The Tigers recorded two tough losses last weekend to No. 23 Louisville and No. 4 Duke.
Luke Johnson leads the team with 12 singles wins this dual season. He has experience at spots 2-6 in the lineup. Hunter Harrington is also a key member on the squad. He has played 16 of his 18 matches at the No. 1 spot in the lineup, and he leads with team with two wins over nationally-ranked opponents.
Scouting Georgia Tech:
Georgia Tech holds an 11-6 (3-3) record on the season. Last weekend the Yellow Jackets fell to No. 23 Louisville and defeated Kennesaw State.
Christopher Eubanks leads the team in ITA singles rankings, checking in at No. 73. Eubanks holds a 12-5 record with all of his matches coming from the No. 1 and No. 2 spots in the line up.
Nathan Rakitt checks in at No. 107, while Carlos Benito and Edurado Segura are ranked No. 58 in doubles.
Last Time Out: 
NC State took down No. 12 Wake Forest, 4-3 on Saturday March 28. In the win, Simon Norenius defeated No. 8 Romain Bogaerts and No. 85 Austin Powell defeated No. 80 Jonathan Ho.
