Wolfpack Softball to Participate in Eagle Classic II This Weekend

RALEIGH, N.C. - After inclement weather forced the NC State softball team to cancel its home tournament scheduled for this weekend, the Wolfpack will now head to Georgia Southern to compete in the Eagle Classic II.
NC State will play two games on Friday and one game on Saturday and again on Sunday. The Wolfpack faces Eastern Kentucky in its first matchup on Friday at 10:30 a.m. and Dayton in the second game of the day at 12:30 p.m. On Saturday, the Pack faces Dayton again at 2 p.m. and concludes competition in the tournament on Sunday at 11:30 a.m. versus Eastern Kentucky.
The Wolfpack is 3-6 on the season, while Dayton is 2-2 and Eastern Kentucky is 3-3.
The tournament will be held at Georgia Southern's Softball Complex on the GSU campus in Statesboro, Ga.
