Toys For Tots Event Spreads Holiday Cheer from Wolfpack

RALEIGH, N.C. - In what has become one of the truly special nights each year, through its partnership with Coca Cola and the United States Marine Corps, NC State athletics provided a happy holiday to thousands of needy children in North Carolina.
At NC State's men's basketball game vs. Michigan, the Toys For Tots drive yielded over $8,800 and over 700 toys for children in the Triangle and surrounding communities.
The highlight of the event came when members of the NC State football team came onto the PNC Arena floor with Santa Claus and the Mrs. Santa to surprise children by delivering new bicycles to them.
