Wolfpack Women Jump Back Into National Polls

RALEIGH, N.C.- The NC State women's swimming and diving team has jumped back into the national polls, checking in at No. 16 in the latest CSCAA NCAA Division I Women's Swimming and Diving Rankings, released Thursday.
This latest poll marks the highest ranking the women's team has received in the 2014-15 season.
Previous Rankings in the 2014-15 Season
Dec. 10- RV
Nov. 19- No. 20
Nov. 6- No. 22
Oct. 23- No. 19
In the latest release, the Wolfpack is the second-highest ranked ACC squad behind No. 6 Virginia. Three more ACC schools are listed among the top 25 with NC State and Virginia, as UNC-Chapel Hill sits at No. 18, followed by Louisville at No. 19 and Florida State at No. 22.
The team's next two opponents it will face in competition are also ranked. The Pack will host No. 11 Minnesota on Jan. 23-24 and UNC-Chapel Hill on. Jan. 31 to complete the dual meet portion of its schedule.
The next men's poll is expected to be released next week by the committee.
