RALEIGH, N.C.- The NC State women’s tennis team will make its first of two trips to Chapel Hill this fall when it competes at the ITA Carolina Regional tournament Oct. 16-20.
Earnshaw’s Input
“From a significance standpoint the ITA Regional is the most important event we will play this fall, but that being said this fall every match is of equal importance based on our goals.
“Several of our players are coming off quite a long training block and will face 3 tournaments in the next 4 weeks therefore it would certainly be nice to see that the hard work is paying off. Practice has been going well, the girls have been beating up on each other pretty good, now we need that to carry over into competition.”- Simon Earnshaw, head coach
