HERNING, Denmark – Members of the NC State swimming & diving team completed the final day of action on Sunday at the European Short Course Championships.
In the 200 freestyle event, sophomore Simonas Bilis, a native of Panevezys, Lithuania finished 33rd of 81 swimmers in the preliminaries with a time of 1:47.38.
On the women’s side, freshman Lotta Nevalainen finished 32nd of 58 swimmers in the 50 freestyle with a time of 25.35.
The Wolfpack will return to the pool on Jan. 4, 2014 at Georgia.
