Men's Swimming & Diving 22nd in National Rankings

RALEIGH, N.C. - The NC State men's swimming & diving team is ranked 22nd in the latest poll released by the College Swimming Coaches Association of America (CSCAA). The Wolfpack is coming off a tough week in which it faced three ranked opponents.
The Pack tied No. 17 Virginia Tech with a score of 150 on Wednesday and defeated No. 24 Georgia Tech, 194.5-103.5, before falling to No. 13 Florida State, 164-136, on Saturday.
State has now been ranked in the top-25 in four of the rankings released this season, with its highest ranking coming at 14th.
Junior Jonathan Boffa ranks among the top-10 in the conference in the 100 and 200 freestyle. Boffa's classmate Barrett Miesfeld owns a top-5 time in the 100 butterfly.
Other ACC schools in the top-25 rankings include: No. 11 Virginia, No. 13 Florida State, No. 16 North Carolina, and No. 17 Virginia Tech.
NC State will return to action on Saturday, Jan. 26, when it travels to UNC Wilmington for an 11 a.m. meet.
