COMPLETE RESULTS
AUBURN, Ala. - Four NC State divers competed in the second day of the NCAA Zone B Qualifying meet on Tuesday at Auburn. Hannah Hopkins, Rachel Mumma and Kirstyn Shepler took part in the women's 3-meter event, while Hudson Rains competed on the 1-meter board for the men.
Hopkins led the Wolfpack women, taking home a 17th place finish on the 3-meter board. She placed 14th in the preliminaries with her score of 288.95, to qualify for the finals, where she finished with a combined score of 566.05. Mumma finished 28th with a mark of 259.60, and Shepler was 31st with a score of 246.30.
On the men's side, Rains placed 14th in both the preliminaries and the finals on the 1-meter board. He put up a mark of 299.95 in the preliminaries, and had a total score of 608.70 in the finals.
The NCAA Zone B Qualifying meet will conclude on Wednesday with the men's and women's platform diving events. Full results will be posted to GoPack.com following the conclusion of the competition.
