DURHAM, N.C. - NC State fell to No. 5 Duke, 7-0, on Saturday in Durham, N.C. The Pack moved to 6-8 (1-1 ACC) on the year, while the Blue Devils improve to 12-2 (1-0 ACC).
In doubles action, Joelle Kissell and Ashley Miller battled the No. 31 duo of Mary Clayton and Ester Goldfeld to the wire, dropping the competition by a score of 9-8 (8-6). The Blue Devils the continued on to win the remainder of the matches.
NC State will return to action on Wednesday, March 21, against North Carolina in Chapel Hill, N.C.
