Grogg Sets School Record

ATHENS, Ga. - The NC State women's swim team competed at the Bulldog Last Chance meet on Saturday at the University of Georgia. The meet was highlighted by Zina Grogg's record-breaking performance in the 100 butterfly. Grogg placed third in the event, in a new program record time of 54.24.
Hannah Freyman finished fourth in the 50 freestyle, while Marifrances Henley placed seventh. Freyman tied her already second-fastest all-time mark, swimming a time of 22.77. Henley swam the third-best time with her mark of 23.01.
Julianna Prim took third place in the 200 freestyle (1:49.33), while Lauren Poli placed 10th in the 100 breaststroke (1:03.55).
NC State will return to action at the Bulldog Last Chance meet on Sunday, Feb. 26.
