The NC State women’s golf team will take part in the 2011 ACC Women’s Golf Championship, being held Friday through Sunday. For the third straight year, the event will be held at the Sedgefield Country Club (Par 71, 6,185 yards), in Greensboro, N.C.
Representing NC State will be senior Brooke Baker, sophomore Amanda Baker, redshirt-freshman Caroline Ellington, and freshmen Brittany Marchand and Ana Menendez.
NC State will be in the first group to tee off on Friday, starting at 8:30 am.
The championship is free and open to the public. The ACC.com will provide coverage on both Saturday and Sunday starting at 1:30 pm.
Last year, NC State finished seventh with a pair of golfers bringing home top-25 finishes.
