RALEIGH, N.C. --
NC State (15-12, 1-2 ACC) softball travels to Atlanta, Ga. this weekend to take on Georgia Tech (25-5, 0-0 ACC) in a three-game Atlantic Coast Conference tilt. The Pack will play two games on Saturday, beginning at 1 p.m., then complete the series with the Yellow Jackets Sunday at noon.

The Wolfpack has gone 5-2 in the last week, dropping 2-of-3 games to Florida State in ACC play last weekend, but sweeping UNCG on Wednesday in a non-conference tilt.
Senior Alyssa Allbritten paces the Pack at the plate with a .422 average, good for third best in the ACC. She has also collected 24 RBI and six doubles, tops on the NC State squad. In addition, Bethaney Wells has knocked four homeruns to lead the Pack.
Morgan Peeler's 3.42 ERA and Kayla Cox's seven wins and 124 strikeouts are tops for the Pack in the circle.
Georgia Tech is led at the plate by Kelsi Weseman, who has notched 10 homeruns and eight doubles in 2011. Kristen Adkins, who sports a 0.73 ERA, has earned 11 wins this season for the Yellow Jackets.
