Swimming and Diving Travels to ECU

RALEIGH, N.C. - NC State swimming and diving will return to action on Wednesday, Nov. 2, against East Carolina. The Wolfpack and the Pirates will square off at 5 p.m. in Greenville, N.C.
The NC State men are coming off its first ACC win under head coach Braden Holloway after topping Maryland on Oct. 21. The men stand at 1-1 (1-1 ACC), while the women are 1-2 (0-2 ACC) on the year.
The men's swimming and diving team took first place in all but one event at Maryland, while the women posted four all-time top-10 marks at the meet.
The Wolfpack men own 10 top-five marks in the conference thus far this year. Jonathan Boffa, Brandon Kingston and Michael Camper have each put up two top-five times, while Barrett Miesfeld leads the ACC in the 100 butterfly.
For the women, Julianna Prim and Marifrances Henley have the third and fourth fastest times, respectively, in the ACC in the 200 freestyle. Henley also has the fifth best mark in the 500 freestyle.
Following the meet on Wednesday, the Pack will resume competition on Saturday, Nov. 5, against Duke and the Savannah College of Art & Design at 11 a.m. at the Willis R. Casey Aquatic Center in Raleigh, N.C.
