Men's Golf Stays in 2nd at Golfweek Challenge

BURLINGTON, IOWA - NC State is tied for second among 15 teams at the Golfweek Conference Challenge through two rounds at Spirit Hollow Golf Course.
Senior Brandon Detweiler remains in the top-10 after a one-under-par 71 leaves him tied for seventh at -4 (69-71=140).
The Akron, Pa. native heads into Tuesday's final round in reach of posting a second consecutive top-10 finish after doing just that last week at The Invitational at the Ocean Course.
The Wolfpack owns a team score of -4 (283-289=572) - 19 shots back of tournament leader Iowa (-23, 553) and tied with Campbell.
Albin Choi and Mitchell Sutton are tied for 16th at -1 (143) through 36 holes.
Sutton turned in an even-par round of 72 and is at -1 (71-72=143) overall, while Choi fired a one-over 73 and is also at -1 (70-73=143).
Graham Baillargeon notched a second-straight +1 (73) to settle into 29th place with 18 holes to play.
Mark McMillen posted a second-round +6 (78) to hold onto a share of 68th place at +14 (80=78=158).
