Wolfpack senior John Martinez has been named an All-American at the 2010 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field Championships in Eugene, Oregon. Martinez finished 10th overall in tonight’s finals with a time of 8:53.33.

It marks Martinez’ second All-America honor in the event, as he also was one of the nation’s top finishers in 2008.

Tomorrow, NC State’s Ryan Hill will compete in the 5000 meters.
