Swimming & Diving Releases 2010-11 Schedule

RALEIGH, N.C. – NC State head coach Brooks Teal announced the 2010-11 Wolfpack Swimming & Diving schedule on Monday, May 3. The typically challenging slate includes six regular season home contests and six Atlantic Coast Conference bouts.
“We are excited about the schedule that we have put in place for next season,” said Teal. “We will be facing some very talented teams, and we are looking forward to our student-athletes having a great season.”

The Pack will hold its annual Red & White Scrimmage at Casey Natatorium prior to the regular season at a date and time to be determined.
NC State’s regular season will begin at home on Oct. 16 at 12 noon as the men take on VMI and the women face Campbell. Other home meets include Maryland (Oct. 22), Davidson (Oct. 23), Georgia Tech (Jan. 15), North Carolina (Jan. 27) and Virginia (Feb. 5).
The Wolfpack will also make its yearly appearance at the Georgia Tech Invitational in Atlanta, Ga., Nov. 19-21.
NC State will head back to Atlanta for the 2011 ACC Swimming & Diving Championships, with women’s swimming and men’s diving running from Feb. 16-19 and men’s swimming going from Feb. 23-26.
