Hill, Revell Lead Men's Golf at Cavalier Classic

CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA. – After the first round at the Cavalier Classic, the NC State men’s golf team currently sits in fourth place after shooing a 15-over (303) on Saturday. The Pack is playing with only four golfers, as senior Adam Hogue had to withdraw due to illness.
Host Virginia leads the field, after shooing a three-over (291) on Saturday.
Junior Matt Hill and senior Brad Revell tied for the top round for the Pack, as each shot a two-over (74). Freshman Mitchell Sutton shot a four-over (76), while sophomore Mark McMillen had a seven-over (79).
NC State also had two individuals competing, as senior Hertzog Landman is tied for 10th shooting a 2-over (74), and junior Brandon Detweiler shot a six-over (78).
The final round will start tomorrow at 8:00 a.m.
