W. Golf finishes 7th at ACC Championships

ACC Championships Final Round Results
Greensboro, N.C. - The NC State women's golf team finished seventh at the ACC Championships, Sunday held at Sedgefield Country Club.
The Wolfpack as collected a team score of +38 (322) during Sunday's final round. The team finished with a score of +75 (301-304-322=927).
Senior Emily Street fired a six-over par 77 and finished the tournament at +15 (73-78-77=228) to tie for 19th. Street birdied her final two holes to close out the round.
Senior Kathleen Strandberg shot a nine-over par 80 and finished at +16 (73-76-80=229) for a 22nd place tie. Strandberg had birdies on No.16 and 18 during the final round.
Sophomore Meghan Chapman shot an 85 for the round. Chapman tied for 28th at +23 (78-73-85=236).
Juniors Brooke Baker carded an 83 Sunday to finish at +27 (77-80-83=240). Baker had 10 pars and four bogeys on the round.
Junior Julie Saleeby had two birdies on the day en route to her final round 82 to finish +27 (81-77-82=240). Baker and Saleeby tied for 33rd.
Wake Forest won the ACC Championship by four strokes at +17 (869) despite Virginia's late charge. Michelle Shin took medalist honors at -2 (211).
