Akinkuotu Finishes 10th at NCAA Indoor Championships

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. - NC State senior sprinter A'Tolani Akinkuotu finished 10th in the NCAA Indoor Championship prelims in the 60m dash. Akinkuotu, who was second in the nation in the event coming in to the meet, ran a 6.67 in the prelims.
He ran a school record 6.60 in the prelims at the ACC Championships, and finished second in the finals by 0.01 seconds.
The outdoor track and field season gets under way on March 19th as NC State heads to Charlotte for the 49er Relays.
